Shipping Policy

At Vessel, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible and in perfect condition.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

These are estimated timeframes only. Vessel is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping may be available from a minimum order value, as indicated on our website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. Use it to monitor your delivery in real time via the courier's website.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For deliveries outside the UK, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.

6. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, or if it arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at support@vessel.com with your order number
  • Provide photos of any damage or packaging issues
  • We will open an investigation with the courier
  • If the order is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, we will offer a replacement or full refund

7. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders that fail to deliver due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at support@vessel.com — changes can only be made before the order is dispatched.

8. Delivery Restrictions

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us to discuss options.
